Do you sometimes feel like you don't care about anyone in the world? Like another profile among millions? Maybe others “scroll” you on... but God doesn't. He knows you by name, he stopped by you -- and he'll never forget you. In this article, you'll discover a story that changes everything: it shows that even in the midst of failure and fear, you can find a relationship that never goes away. You're not forgotten. And that's more than good news.
Maybe you know it.
That quiet, nagging feeling that one day you're going to leave this world... and you're left with nothing at all. No clue. No note. Just forgotten names on Facebook and a few photos on a drive that gets deleted once anyway.
And suddenly it hits you — does it all really end? Will the world go on as if you never existed?
Yeah, this isn't an easy topic. But you know what? It's not your fault that you feel that way.
This is a normal question of a person thinking. Who doesn't just want to survive, but is looking for a way to live for real.
And this is where something begins that may surprise you quite a bit.
You're not alone. And you've never been
In the sermon we heard at Easter (and which you can watch above as a podcast on Spotify or YouTube), there was one powerful thought: that in each of us there is a desire to be unforgettable. To be important to someone. To be something special to someone who really knows you.
And this desire is in you because you're made for a relationship. Not for performances. Not for likes. For a relationship with God who truly holds you in his heart. And he won't forget.
The story will get you
Do you know the story of the criminal who hung on the cross next to Jesus?
He was a guy who messed everything up. No saint. Maybe a terrorist. The man the world wanted to erase as quickly as possible. Forget. Erase the name, throw in a mass grave. Just delete.
And this guy does something unreal at the last minute.
He looks at Jesus and says:
“Jesus, remember me. “
This is prayer. This is the heart of every person who has ever experienced pain, rejection, confusion, anxiety. It's a cry of, “Don't let me disappear! “
Do you know what Jesus will answer?
“Today you will be with me in paradise. “
No tests. No “change first”. No “you have to earn it”. It's just acceptance. It's immediate. Without conditions. Because what if God has your picture in his wallet? What if he doesn't want to let you go, even though you've almost let him go?

What can you do about it?
You don't have to work it out. You don't have to change everything overnight.
But you can come. You can stop. You could try saying:
“God, remember me. “
That's enough.
And therein lies the power of Easter. In that is the power of faith, which is not about church or perfection. But about not being alone. That God knows you. And that it is your deepest pains that are the place where you can find Him.
And why does it matter?
Because this belief is not an escape from reality. It's not an illusion. It's the answer to your questions.
Because when you know you're not forgotten, you live differently.
You know you have value. Even if you fail. You know you have a future. Even if you don't know what she'll look like.
And you know you're not just a drop in the sea. But someone God will never stop loving.
